Responsibilities include building relationships with pastors and ministers, developing a "Pastoral Care" and "Seniors Ministry Strategy," and serving as an advisor for senior adult ministries. The ideal candidate will work with a passionate team to empower seniors and encourage Kingdom thinking.

An experienced individual passionate about mobilizing churches to include small group curriculum for the 40 million Christians in retirement age. Responsibilities include developing an "Education Strategy," organizing online resources and seminars, and working with small group leaders around the country to equip seniors to embrace Kingdom thinking.

A volunteer responsible to develop a "Prayer Strategy" for the organization, fostering relationships with church leaders and denominational influencers, and championing partnerships. The ideal candidate is mature, a prayer warrior, and intergenerationally minded. The Director will have the opportunity to make a difference in the capital "C" Church by mobilizing a team of churches and individuals.

Challenge older adults to embrace Kingdom thinking by organizing high-impact conferences, workshops, and retreats.
